The Positive and Productive Meetings Course

We offer a full-day introductory training on Positive and Productive Meetings. During this session, you will learn and practice a host of techniques that will radically change the way you approach meetings.

Developed by seasoned training professionals, the Positive and Productive Meetings curriculum is engaging, interactive and fun. Ideally, you will attend the training with your full team and have the opportunity to try out many of the techniques with your colleagues.

The Positive and Productive Meetings Course Book is 48 full-color pages. It leads participants through the training and is a great resource and reference for after the session, when teams go back to their meeting rooms and put PPM into practice.

Organizations can hire an accredited PPM trainer to deliver the course locally. Sometimes two organizations or community groups club together to fund this. Many of our trainers and consultants are willing to travel to work with your group.

You’ll explore the role that respect, intuition and grace play in facilitation and you’ll practice several techniques to enhance your meeting skills, all in a safe and supportive environment.
